Q: I ordered my badge, when will I
receive it?
A: All badges and merchandise ordered on the site are "will-call
pick up" only. We found this eliminates the chance a badge
becomes missing in the mail.
Q: I have a large game group that wishes
to attend AnCon. Do you have special rates for groups?
A: Yes we do. Contact
Dave Radzik and make sure to include a telephone number for him
to call. He can discuss options.
Q: When registering for events using
online event registration, the tickets cost only $1, but according
to the event book, they cost $2. Why is that.
A: The online registration does not know the cost of each
event. However, each event is in $1 increments. So to
play a $2 event, you need 2 tickets. The tickets cost the same
either online or at the convention itself. You can purchase
them online in order to preregister for an event to save yourself a
seat.
It should be noted that the system does not know if the event
is sold out. If it is, you will have a generic ticket.
