ANCON ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATION
Event registration is now closed! Any event submitted with this
form will not be scheduled. However, you can see us at the convention
to see if we have a table available if you want to run your game.
The basic goal of AnCon is for people to get together to play games.
Get people interested in your games by running events and tournaments.
Events will be listed on the web site and available for pre-registration.
All event submissions must be received by 03/31/2011 for inclusion in the
pre-registration book PDF. All events must be received by 04/20/2011
for inclustion in the onsite book. All game companies and retail
stores that sponsor events will be highlighted in the onsite book.
Event Length and Space
Standard event length is 3 hours 45 minutes (4 hour block inclusive of
setup and pack-up time). However, event lengths can be any duration in
1 hour 45 minute increments (2 hour block inclusive of setup and pack-up
time). It is our goal to help you meet your needs. If you have
unique time or space requirements, we will try to accommodate you.
Event Fees
All standard event are $1.00 paid by the player. This event fee is
given to the event organizer. As some events (such as tournaments,
LARP, etc...) have special costs or requirements, event fees may be
increased with the permission of the Event Sponsor and AnCon Management.
GM Badge Qualification
Submitting and running three events qualifies you for a judge badge.
