Exhibitors for 2012 can use our information we have for 2011.
Exhibitor tables will be the same as last year.
Exhibitors can apply for table space using our official
AnCon 2011
Exhibitor Kit. Table Fees are $80.
Additional tables may be rented for $20. The fees must be
received by 04/15/2011. Fees after that date are $100 base
with additional tables rented for $30. (This rate is
determined upon receipt of payment).
Security is important to all of us. Therefore during closed
hours of the Exhibit Hall, no one is allowed to access the hall.
Exhibitors are allowed to access one hour before and must vacate by
30 minutes after.
Each exhibitor is given two exhibitor badges with each table
purchased.
